Auditoire Shopper entrusted us with a meaningful mission: to capture the essence of four lives marked by heart failure for the French National Health Insurance. Through this informational campaign, the goal was to give a voice to the unseen, make a complex reality tangible, and provide insights to better understand these heart conditions.

We designed a framework to match this ambition: a team dedicated to documentary storytelling, focused on authenticity. To respect the intimacy of each story, we created a lightweight and flexible workflow, allowing us to meet these individuals in their daily lives without artifice. Leading the effort was Julien Thiverny, a director whose sensitivity elevates every frame. Under his vision, these portraits became sincere and deeply human narratives, blending aesthetic finesse with a grounding in reality.
